NexGen Pumps and IRA Motorsports have come to an agreement that will have the Silver Lake based company taking over Hoosier Race Tire sales for Wilmot Raceway focusing primarily on WI wingLESS Sprints, Lightning Sprints, Modifieds, and Steet Stock tires. The Kenosha County Fair’s Wilmot Raceway will have a new look to go with their exciting schedule. The third-mile clay oval will have completed a major offseason project when the gates open on opening night May 6th, as new aluminum bleachers will have been installed. The new bleachers were constructed in a manner that has the entire bleacher elevated on risers, and the entire bleacher comes with seat backs. 17 cars made the trip to the Plymouth Dirt Track in support of the Wisconsin Sprint Car Championships where nearly 100 sprint cars across 4 divisions raced to decide who would be crowned champions for 2022.
